What is the pricing model?
-We charge per lead and not per website, users or number of forms. We don’t think it’s fair to restrict our users' growth. That’s why we also don’t count abandoned leads to your total leads. Only recovered and fully submitted leads. The bigger your needs, the cheaper per lead it gets. We offer two months free for all yearly plans.
What payment provider do you use?
We use the global leader in online payments, Stripe. That means we do not store any credit card information on our servers, nor do we have access to any details. It is all being taken care of by Stripe
What do I need to create an account?
You can signup with your Email, Google or Linkedin account to verify your credentials.
What is your cancellation policy?
-Pay as you go and cancel at any time for any reason. Just go under Settings -> Payments and cancel the plan. However, if you would like to save money on yearly subscription fees, we do offer two months for free.
How many websites can I connect?
-You can connect to as many websites as you want. In fact we encourage you to do so. We succeed when you succeed.
How many users can I invite?
-You can invite as many users as you want. In fact we encourage you to do so. We succeed when you succeed. That means that the more users you invite, the more engaged users we get.
Where is the app hosted?
-Our servers on Digital Ocean are hosted in Germany to comply with EU laws and GDPR. We also use AWS in the EU.
How do I generate an invoice?
-In the app, visit the Settings section and click “download invoice” in PDF format. It’s instant.
How long does it take for Responser to collect lead information?
-The same second Responser’s JS script is added to the form page, information is being collected. Make sure to map the correct form field so your field optimization efforts gets easier by closely monitoring Field Drop Off by Fields under Form Performance.
